PSG TUNDRA can be seen as a continuation from Tundra Esports, who played in the Fall and Winter Splits of RLCS 2022-23, although with a different roster.</div><div><br></div><div>The Spring Split squad consisted of Leonardo "<a href="https://www.shiftrle.gg/players/3fa3-catalysm/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Catalysm</a>" Christ Ramos, Ivan "<a href="https://www.shiftrle.gg/players/3e10-ivn/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">ivn.</a>" Sabri, and Damian "<a href="https://www.shiftrle.gg/players/3e1e-tox/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Tox</a>" Schäfer, who were playing under the <a href="https://www.shiftrle.gg/teams/a7b4-german-amigos/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">German Amigos </a>banner before being picked up by PSG TUNDRA. With two top-eight finishes, the team showed they belonged in the RLCS, but they couldn’t get past the likes of <a href="https://www.shiftrle.gg/teams/dc74-team-bds/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Team BDS </a>and <a href="https://www.shiftrle.gg/teams/dc33-oxygen-esports/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Oxygen Esports</a>.</div><div><br></div><div>Notable from the <a href="https://twitter.com/PSGTUNDRA/status/1735691315340358045" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">farewell tweet </a>is: “We hope to return once the sustainability of the scene improves.” The organization seems to be echoing the sentiment about the current state of Rocket League Esports as expressed by <a href="https://www.shiftrle.gg/teams/64ca-team-liquid/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Team Liquid </a>in <a href="https://teamliquid.com/news/rocket-league-farewell-for-now" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">their farewell </a>last month.
