The player expected to fill the shoes of the Fall Major superstar is ex-<a href="https://www.shiftrle.gg/teams/dc33-oxygen-esports/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Oxygen</a>'s Ole "<a href="https://www.shiftrle.gg/players/4224-oaly/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">oaly.</a>" van Doorn. This will be the third star player Moist Esports have lost in the past year, alongside Finlay "<a href="https://www.shiftrle.gg/players/3f9e-rise/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">rise.</a>" Ferguson and Axel "<a href="https://www.shiftrle.gg/players/9570-vatira/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Vatira</a>" Touret.</div><div><br></div><div>The Fall Split ended on an unexpected high for the Moist Esports team, with a second-place finish as the fifth seed at the <a href="https://www.shiftrle.gg/events/467c-rlcs-2022-23-fall-major/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Fall Major</a>. Despite the bright finish, the team dynamics throughout the online portion overshadowed the exceptional LAN performance, and rise decided to pursue other options. In Europe, rosters at the top of the rankings saw stability, which left Moist Esports to take a gamble on one of the up-and-coming wonderkids, Charles "<a href="https://www.shiftrle.gg/players/d214-juicy/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">juicy</a>" Sabiani.</div><div><br></div><div>Replacing one of the best open-circuit Rocket League players was a task too tall for juicy, and Moist Esports crumbled during the Winter Split. With two 5th-8th finishes, followed by a 9th-12th to end off the split, the organization would miss their first LAN since their entry into the esport. Moist needed a change to make the team a more cohesive unit and to improve their results.</div><div><br></div><div>After much deliberation, Moist Esports have decided that parting ways with AztraL would be best for all parties involved. In the previous trade window around December, an attempt between Oxygen and Moist Esports to trade Oaly for rise ultimately fell through.
